Thank you Hanine Mustafa! I just watched this and it is really good. I hope to visit them one day...hopefully soon :) They are really doing some great work. All I focus on now is my emotions and how to use them to create rather than to react. That is the true secret of changing our lives. It's all about the way we feel. Of course this is easier said than done, but if there is one workout that will change your life completely, it is the emotional workout. What I mean by that is that it is truly re-training your mind to understand that you are creating your feelings....your feelings are not a reaction to something. We don't realize that when we are in the state of "feeling" something, we are trained to think that something outside of us (an event, a person, a situation) has caused us to feel that way. This is inverted...in actuality, when we are "feeling" we are creating the next event that will correlate with those feelings....we are not reacting to the last one. It sounds crazy but the event comes AFTER the feeling. More to follow soon...
